Black as Night with Chanel
I love photography as much as I love Coco Chanel. A classic black flap bag in luxurious lambskin is an absolute companion. I photographed my friend on her birthday with her beautiful Chanel medium/large classic flap in gold hardware.
We strolled along Barangaroo, a new addition to Sydney's beautiful harbour destinations for afterwork drinks and functions, then later enjoyed a relaxed dinner in one of the restaurants by the waterside.
One thing I noticed is the timeless elegance of a black outfit combined with gold tone accessories. Simple but well put together just by mixing textures.
My friend is a few days shy from her 51st birthday, but looking so gorgeous and young.
She always tells me she is always young at heart, and that is her secret to looking fabulous.

I am thankful to have a very good friend that share my passion for photography and luxury. We both have our laughs during try-ons at the Chanel boutique that usually end up with another visit and walking out with a big black box stuck with a beautiful camellia flower.
Life is to be cherished, people are to be loved, and luxe things are to be enjoyed. This is precisely what we did on this day, and parted with big smiles on our faces feeling satisfied for a life well-lived.
